I moved here because a friend moved here and said how nice it is and he is right. My 2 companion cats have a nice fenced in nation to sun themselves on, they love it. The place is close on the busy drive and you hear the traffic but Im nestled in a back unit and it's 700sq ft of sunshine and new flooring. All the apts are a tad different but the brick faux fireplaces add a warmth to the apts. Noone bothers me like a manager breathing down my neck 24/7. We are adults hear and they treat us as... such. So far I am so glad I live here. Nothing is ever perfect but it's pretty close.

Close to downtown, and two parks ,on bus line ,rent is reasonable.
