Honestly, it’s not “perfect” yet—I shouldn’t even be renting while outside work continues—but if you need a solid remodeled rental and are okay with exterior/land improvements wrapping up by summer’s end, you’re welcome. No grand estate here; it’s a work-in-progress with a great indoor space.

Pets: Small pets may be considered (we can talk case-by-case), but I’m hesitant about outdoor pets right now due to incomplete fencing and proximity to a somewhat busy road.
