Exceptional. Magnificent. Compassionate. It truly takes superior communication & authentic empathy to create a sense of wellbeing in communal environments; The Olivia nailed it! Their catch phrase “there’s room for you here” was displayed repeatedly by the loving kindness centered actions of outstanding staff. Highest of accolades to both JoAnne & Hailey. This new residence already feels like Home. Gorgeous architecture & darling design. Highly recommended property.

I strongly advise against moving here. Management ignores resident complaints, especially regarding noise. If you work from home, this isn't the place for you. They allow noise outside quiet hours and do little to enforce limits, even during quiet hours. Recently, noise complaints were outsourced to an ineffectual security company.

We understand that noise can be a challenge in...
community living, as many factors contribute to it. While we do enforce quiet hours and address noise complaints, there are limitations to what can be controlled in a shared living environment.

Regarding the after-hours security service, their role was specifically to assist with complaints outside of office hours in which they provide us with updated reports so we can handle them directly. However, we recognize the importance of effective solutions and are continually reviewing our processes to better serve our residents.

If you'd like to discuss your concerns further, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We’re here to help and appreciate your input.

Everything here is truly fantastic! The staff are not just helpful; they’re genuinely friendly and bursting with knowledge. If you're working at OHSU, you'll love the convenience of being right next to the NS Streetcar, and the aerial tram is just a pleasant walk away. Plus, all the apartments and their buildings are brand new, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood that really enhances the living experience. It's an ideal place to call home!

I had a terrible experience living here. Management ignored safety issues like a broken parking garage door, failed to address noisy neighbors, and neglected basic building maintenance, including trash and elevator problems. They focused more on superficial events than actual resident concerns, making it an unbearable place to live.

The Olivia is a very nice place to live. However, it is bothersome only have two elevators because when an elevator is being reserved for someone to move in, there is only once elevator to use which causes longer wait times and more foot traffic. Also, it seems like there are frequent mechanical issues with the elevators, trash chutes, and garage doors. It seems like something is always down. Other than those few things, my experience with The Olivia has been very positive.
