Do not live here - management SUCKS! Lived here for 6 months my whole apartment had mold and they blamed us saying “it was a lifestyle” issue. They didn’t help fix it at all. Do not live there.

The Stacey Lee Apartments are a wonderful place to live, if you are a small family of four with two incomes to contribute towards the bills. Most of the tenants have children, so while the kids are outside playing everyone keeps an eye out for everyone elses children as well as our own. We are right off of a max line, which is a great advantage for commuters. There is also a bus line about a 15-minute walk away. The visitor parking rules are pretty strict, but there is also street parking... available. I would only recommend these apartments to people that earn an income greater than $1900, as they are now becoming a bit spendy. The property management is pretty nice and flexible as long as you are communicating with them about any financial problems or maintenance issues. Overall, it's not too shabby of a place to live.
