I love my apartment and Josh from Maintenance hit the ball out of the park Just moved in and I’m loving this place so much. Nice people, incredible views, and the few Maintenance items that needed addressing were complete completed by a friendly and very confident Maintenance guy named Josh. Apparently he’s here only temporary, which is too bad because he is great. He even fixed a thing that I didn’t know needed fixing. ??

Mystery goop dripping not cleaned. The message left stated that they do not address such matters involving leaks form upper balconies and that I'd have to deal with this issue with my neighbor s leaky goop myself.
I will speak to management to resolve this mess dripping on to my balcony.

Beautiful apartments We did a self guided tour which I love to have as an option. The apartments are beautiful and we plan to move there in July!! I had some trouble with the self guided process but that was because my phone is old.

Need a system for reserving EV chargers I loved my apartment. The high ceilings, the electric fireplace, the counters and floors were very nice. I had a fantastic view of the forest. I loved having access to the spa/hot tub and all the nearby trails. I could rarely hear my neighbors. The maintenance team was always very responsive. But I had a really hard time getting to the 2 EV chargers that were in 24 hour visitor parking spots. There should be one spot reserved for people actively charging.... There was no communication on how to get or use one of the 4 reserved charging spots. Charging became a real challenge for me. Read More

Good service, but one issue not resolved I had two issues. One was fixed. The other one was the toilet paper roll holder. The screw that holds it in place is tiny, and the right side falls off if you push it to the side. I know the guys said they re-screwed it, but it doesn't seem to help.
