New
STAY AWAY! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and lazy management in my entire life.
I lived here for a year for work and I regret it completely. When the time came for me to get off the lease, I informed the leasing office that I would be leaving March 7 and my roommate would be staying. I told them this early February. The leasing office then said no problem we will get you the paperwork.
No problem right? WRONG! The time came for me to move back to California and... the office said they would just email me everything I needed to sign and I would be off the lease. The paperwork came 3 weeks later via email. 3 WEEKS! I am no longer in the state!! Nonetheless I signed everything and expected them to promptly work on it. But nothing. I then get an email reminding me to pay rent for an apartment I no longer live at.
I have called and called and called to resolve this but they do not answer. In fact, I called from my work cell phone and they immediately answer because they probably thought it was a new tenant. The manager, Daisha said "I have someone in my office, so I'll get back to you"
I am now still on the lease for an apartment that I no longer live at, even after giving them clear timelines and dates as to when I wanted to be off the lease. I keep trying to reach the office to resolve all of this but I never get a response. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional leasing office in my entire life
