I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment itself is modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed — having an in-unit washer and dryer is a total game changer. It makes daily life so much more convenient.
Since the new management took over, things have noticeably improved. They’re easy to reach, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It's refreshing to feel like we’re being heard and taken care of — something that had been missing before. Overall, it’s been a... great experience!

Worst management ever
Most of the residents at The Savona dont like the management, we have residents who clean up the sidewalks because management wont. The trash room have flies and maggots management solution put fly traps up and never change them. The homeless come and sleep in front of people’s doors and refuse to leave. The walls in the apartments are extremely thin, the washer and dryers are half size so a lot of people have to go to a laundromat. If you need to get into contact with property management good... luck they will never answer and when you happen to see then at the property you dont even know its them but they act like they never missed a call.
