they have pests here, the property is dirty. the apartments are small and halls reek of cigarette smoke. they won't be held accountable for their faults and only care about money. corporate sucks and is dismissive. the walls are super thin, maintenance requests get completed but look like they were done by a child. I lived here for 4 months and had to beg to get out of my lease after they failed to get rid of a roach problem. absolutely horrible.

It is difficult to find a place to live in Portland and it is sad that this serves as an opportunity for landlords to only care about getting your money without providing a decent place to live in.

I lived here for 6 months, absolutely terrible.

Expensive rent for the size, expensive utilities ($100 a month for water and electricity?). Shower took 30 minutes to warm up in the morning. Using a microwave blows out the circuits. Air/heat were awful, too hot in summer, freezing in winter.

I've spent a summer camping in a tent, and even that was better than staying at the Regency.

It felt like living in an insane asylum, just drives you crazy.
