Poor insulation—you can hear neighbors moaning through the walls. Appliances are falling apart, the furnishings are cheap, and packages frequently get stolen. For $1,500 a month, you’re better off living elsewhere.
They also tried to scam me out of my security deposit, charging $700 for “cleaning, painting, and maintenance.” When I called them out on it, they rescinded the painting charge and refunded me $100. Avoid at all costs.

LOVE THE LOCATION AND APARTMENT!
I absolutely love living at Nehalem 13! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns, the apartment itself is spacious, and the location is perfect for me - close to quaint shops, amazing restaurants, and public transportation. I am close to a beautiful hiking trail, bike path; and the Willamette River is just a few blocks away. I always feel at home in the friendly Sellwood Community. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient... place to call home.

Love my apartment
If you like waking up to the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls baking you will want to rent apartments, 204, 304, and 305. The balcony overlooks the bakery! Nice breeze....This is a clean, quiet, non smoking building, with great location to the library, food trucks, stores, restaurants, etc. There is no elevator; but I have enjoyed the exercise....after, I got through the moving-in process...lol. I'm two months here now and I give it a thumbs up!
