I absolutely adore living at Laurel 42 and having Jose as my property manager, along with all of the staff including Roberto! I feel extremely safe in the building and in my apartment. Delivery companies always comment on the security of the building. Due to Roberto, the garbage area, elevators, stairwells are always clean and smell good. Jose's door is always open to ask a question or inquiry. The garage is just an added bonus to this fabulous property. Now that it's so beautiful outside, I... couldn't enjoy my beautiful deck more! I can leave my back door open all day, which allows my cat to never want me to move again!!! I doubt if I ever will.

I was nervous to live here as Im use to my old place and my old neighbors but this place has brought me a sense of peace and Im loving it. The staff Samantha and Jose are top tier they are so helpful, fast and just made me feel welcome since day 1. The building is clean and quiet. The neighbors Ive met so far are so friendly and have the cutest little fur babies. My kids are thrilled and so happy to be here. Thank you Jose and Samantha
