We have a great deal of confidence in our onsite team and the care they bring to this community each day. Our entire staff cares deeply about our residents and takes pride in creating a positive living experience. We stand behind their commitment to being helpful, respectful, and responsive, as well as the care our maintenance team puts into completing work thoroughly and accurately.

We also want to provide a little context around some of the concerns mentioned. Our team routinely walks the property and addresses items left in hallways and other common areas when they are observed, with the goal of applying community policies as consistently as possible. Trash areas are serviced daily, with additional deep cleaning performed regularly, and we continue to address cleanliness concerns as they arise.

Resident notices are sent when needed for maintenance, inspections, community operations, or other necessary communication, and we do our best to provide residents with as much advance notice as possible. We are also aware of certain concerns involving activity around the community and continue to take appropriate steps to address them.

Utility costs can fluctuate based on rates and usage and are not determined by the onsite team. The community market has also been a very popular amenity with residents and is restocked frequently. Complimentary coffee remains available as well, with some supplies kept with the leasing team so they can stay stocked and available for everyone.

We understand that concerns about noise and safety are important. When noise issues are reported, we investigate thoroughly and take... appropriate steps. We encourage residents to reach out directly when disturbances occur so we can address them promptly.

Regarding dog waste, our team regularly monitors and cleans common areas, but we do rely on reports from residents to help us respond quickly. While we haven’t received recent complaints about waste in hallways, we’re always ready to follow up when notified.

As for the city noise, being close to major roads does come with some background sound, though many residents find it quite manageable with windows closed. That said, we understand this can vary by unit and personal preference.
