Driveway is messed up. You have to enter/exit a certain way if you have a normal newer car otherwise you scrap the asphalt. People from the neighborhood regularly walk through property because there's a open gate so anyone and everyone walks through constantly. Landlord allows pitbulls and heavy dogs to live on upper floors which you can hear running around all day. The walking around of residence in their apartments sounds like stomping because the construction is bare minimum. Gutters are... leaking all over. Maintenance people leave mortar mess and never cleans it up or the area where they have their storage. Plus they power wash the sidewalks and spray dirt all over the windows and never clean it up. The residents are slobs that can't even get their recycling into the right containers or they don't break down the cardboard and just leave it on the ground.
