The apartment complex just updated all their exteriors and it was beautifully done. They also updated the landscaping recently, making Gateway Terrace a serene place to live. Living in this area, I am only 5-15 minutes away most anything. Very clean too.

It was a horrible experience living there, I happened to have a pathological neighbor, I got a lot of reports from landlord for being suspect of loud, smoking, dog attack, and more. We had 8 units in one building, they decided to target us. One time neighbor has a gun and pointed at me once by her backyard and i decided to call police and landlord on her, police came and that neighbor denied and later she claims it was a toy, why the hell did she show off and point at me. Landlord didn't do... anything! Everyday living there was hell, neighbor harassment us every day. I can't have peace living there. Living here was so racism and homophobia, and so stressful. Landlord wasn't continued helpfully. After 18 months of living there I moved out and I clean my place after I moved out and it was spotless yet they claimed it was dirty and charged me a $75 cleaning fee. I've never been scammed as I have here. Don't believe the lies and don't live here. I wish I had a warning before I moved in!

In order to maintain confidentiality to our residents, if a... complaint is filed, we are not always able to provide feedback or details regarding any follow-up conversations that take place; because of this, it sometimes does appear to those who have filed a complaint that there has been no follow-up at all, when in actuality there has been. In harassment situations or where you feel your safety is at risk, we fully encourage our residents to reach out to authorities.
