I toured the Buri Building recently and was really impressed by how well they’ve blended the building’s historic character with updated finishes. The exposed brick, large windows, and high ceilings give it such a unique vibe, and the units felt bright and spacious. The location is also a huge plus, close to restaurants, transit, and downtown Portland. The staff was friendly and informative during the tour, and it definitely feels like a place with personality and community. Definitely worth... checking out if you’re looking for something stylish and centrally located!

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I lived here back in 2021 when they were first open and they screwed me over when i moved out. they said i owe them 4500 just for ending my lease early. Save yourself and dont ever come here, Management sucks. very unresponsive and will lie to you

This is not a safe place to live.
Buri Bldg. has not had a manager on-site for three months. Elevators break all the time yet there are disabled people living on upper floors. Non-tenants access building and sleep, urinate, defecate, and do drugs inside stairwells, bike rooms, hallways, and have been caught washing up and having sex in laundry rooms. People have had knives pulled on them. Cleanliness is severely lacking. Cascade management is non responsive to tenant concerns.

Terrible, non-responsive management
The management here does not care about the tenants. This building is only 3 years old and falling apart. There are always fights in the hallways. The fire alarm goes off every month, if not more. Please do not move here.
