Rent is $525 per month, plus $150 utilities (flat rate, includes gigabyte wifi internet). Total payment each month is $675. (plus $675 fully refundable deposit)
House has open backyard, onsite free washer/dryer, dish washer and gas range, central heat and AC, hardwood floors, walking distance of restaurants and downtown St Johns, and the #4 and #16 bus lines. Two miles to University of Portland.
No pets. No smoking. No drugs in the house. Single occupancy only. Ideal housemates are clean and quiet. Typical housemates are young adults that go to school or work (house currently has four males). No gender preferences. Finding people that I think we get along with everyone else in the house is very important, and an interview will be required prior to considering any application. I generally interview several people and get a feeling for the right person that fits in with the others in the house and pays rent on time.
