Sleeping Arrangements: The upstairs... bedrooms include three queen beds and a twin bunk bed with two individual beds. Each bedroom has its own mini-split for personalized temperature control. Downstairs features central A/C, a gas furnace for heating, and a comfortable living room with a streaming-compatible Smart TV.
Family-Friendly: The home includes baby toys, books, and a playpen. Please note that the baby gates are not compatible with the home's stairs due to their size, so guests traveling with young children should plan accordingly.
Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please notify us before booking.
Guest Access: Guests have access to the living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, and backyard. The basement contains owner's storage, including a designated locked area that is not accessible to guests. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
Important Notes: This is a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors. Street parking is available only. Reservations must be made directly by the guest staying at the property; third-party bookings are not permitted.
Fees & Policies: If a cancellation refund is approved, a 5.5% processing fee will be deducted for payment transfer costs. A $300-per-stay Safely damage protection fee applies.
