Hello! We have a sweet little ADU on a large property available for rent. The front is the kitchen with a lofted storage space. The back is a single room with a few windows, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. The bathroom is off the kitchen.... Overall the space is small but the high ceilings make it feel big and bright. There is off-street parking, and a fenced patio and yard space.

A few notes about the whole property: 1) to the north of the ADU there is a main house; a kind couple lives that space with two tween children off-and-on; 2) to the south of the ADU there is a parking spot for a tiny home that will one day be used (we would do so in conversation with all residents); 3) property manager is often at the adjacent property and is basically hands off but responsive when things arise.

RENT: is $1450/month, plus utilities which are a little over $100/month based on the past couple years (we have a spreadsheet).
