Newly built and furnished, 2 bedroom suites with 2 full bathrooms - with tubs!, large enough kitchen for 2-cooks to work together, plus dining for 6, and a private patio. The Roost is larger than most free-standing ADUs.

It's a lower large unit, feeling very private, well-insulated and cozy.Yet it's fresh with screened-windows around all sides, and bright because of the extra-large southern windows that open onto your private patio. And a garden fountain to add to your private oasis.

Particulars:
- Each room has its own AC/heating mini-split for personal comfort. Well insulated. Keep cozy or cool!

- Lovely separation and privacy if you're renting with children or friends - The kitchen/dining lie between the 2 bedroom suites. You each have your own closets, bathrooms and parlors, yet open the double parlor doors for great social flow.

- Each suite has its own TV, desk, drop-leaf table, sofa and chairs. The queen beds have charging stations. Large south-facing windows let in wonderful natural light all year round!

- Couples can each enjoy their own personal closet and bathroom, and set up the parlors differently: How about 1 for relaxing, 1 for remote work, study or creative projects? (And please let us know if you're an artist/artisan! We would like to set up some creative making space in the garage. Do let us know if you're interested.)

-Remote workers, gamers, and movie fans will love our fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Its fiber and a full mesh system.

-The 2-cook kitchen has butcher block counters, well-stocked with all the large and small appliances you need. Enjoy the popcorn popper for movie nights!

- Pets: We welcome well-mannered dogs. A fenced backyard. We will ask an extra pet deposit. Let's discuss your furry friend's needs. (Sorry no cats please.)

- Laundry, ironing board, and folding tables are on site.

- No smoking or vaping on the property.

Step outside The Roost, and you're in a truly amazing neighborhood: Walk to food stores, movie houses, pools and parks, gyms as well as all kinds of eateries, arts & crafts and shops. (As Creatives ourselves, we adore this neighborhood. Plus, we have the most ice cream/gelato offerings of any PDX neighborhood - what's not to love!)

- From The Roost, you can walk to Safeway and Natural Grocer, and have a Trader Joe's, a Fred Meyer, and a New Seasons just off the main arterial, Cesar Chavez Blvd.

- You'll have two dog parks only blocks away. Yet enjoy the quiet of our lovely treed neighborhood for morning strolls.

- We're in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood that's close to many things to do in Portland, or major arterials when you want to head towards the coast or the mountains. It's kinda glorious. But a relaxed easy place to live.
