Laundry is not onsite, but Belmont Eco Laundry is three blocks away.

We are looking for an initial 6 month lease, with a month to month option after that.

We live upstairs and have a 5 year old. There is high quality sound dampening insulation in between the floors, but you will still hear our footsteps.

The unit has a separate side entry to the main house, that is shared with one other unit in the basement.
