What might not be great about this unit:
The upstairs bedrooms are not large (but the family room is very large). There is no back yard (which actually is a plus from a maintenance standpoint, and the middle school open space right across the street is very large and is used like a park). Being across the street from a middle school means there are students around at certain times. It's remarkably not a noisy presence, however.

Pets:
Cats and dogs may be considered. To be considered, you must disclose pets you intend to occupy the premises at time of rental inquiry. Dogs that bark at all for sure will not work. Pets may require additional deposit.
