Apartments are new and look nice with new appliances and air conditioning. Even after you learn to tune out the ever present sounds of your neighbors footsteps, smoke from balconies and people letting there dogs go to the bathroom right outside your window; you need to deal with management.

Management here is nice to your face, but once you've signed the lease, it's all accusations and harshest interpretations of rules. I get that it's the staff's job, but it was unnecessary.

Management here... will go through the recycling and check the names on packages to the residents and send you rude messages. We tried our best to cram as much trash and recycling in the correct locations, but overflowing filth is a regular issue.

Upon move out management will use hard water stains, single hairs, pre-existing damage and even pull the stove out to find ways to justify keeping all your deposit AND additional cleaning fees. Read More

While the apartments are nice and come with washer/dryers, that is where the positives for this apartment complex end. They are very noisy. You will absolutely hear your upstairs neighbors walking and moving chairs around. You will also hear anyone in your stairwell shutting their door as most people allow them to slam shut. You can also hear the plumbing in the walls; you will absolutely hear any time your neighbors take a shower, flush the toilet, etc. The trash situation is also awful. There... is one compactor and it will lock while running. Instead of stopping it, most people throw their garbage in the recycling or on the floor instead. The recycling also routinely doesn't get emptied and will be overflowing as their vendor won't take the recycling if their is garbage blocking the can. Instead of dealing with this situation, management advises to keep trash and recycling in your apartment until the vendor actually gets it picked up. Very unreasonable as the residents are paying for the trash service. Also, do not expect to get any of your deposit back. Upon move out, we got charged over $100 for carpet cleaning (even though we only lived in the apartment for less than 6 months) and got charged $350 for cleaning. While we expected some charge due to leaving the appliances dirty, we got charged for any loose hair they found, normal wear and tear items such as wall scuffs, hard water staining that was present when we moved into the apartment, discolored caulk that was there when we moved in, and they even charged us for dust bunnies they found behind appliances. Per the property manager, ANY cleaning that is needed at move out is charged back to the residents. I have never lived at an apartment where I got any cleaning charge above $50.00 and this was absolutely shocking to us. All said and done we had to pay $66.00 over our deposit to just be done with them. Again, this was after less than 6 months in the apartment.
