This property is 5 miles east of town, so we are sheltered from most of the fog and high winds blowing in from the ocean, but we are only a ten minute drive to the beach! Shopping is about 20 minutes away.
This fully furnished apartment has a kitchen with full sized fridge, a bedroom bathroom ensemble ( see photos), and a living room with a sliding door, which is also your own private entrance. There is a shared laundry.
My daughter and I are peaceful and considerate, and we are looking for a like minded person to share our property. Please also be reliable, solvent, and a fairly good housekeeper.
The rent will be month to month, with the possibility of a more permanent arrangement at the end of the summer. The monthly rent includes all utilities except for cable tv. We offer high speed internet via Starlink, good well water, and your own private landline, electric garbage sewer, and parking by your front door.
We have four indoor/ outdoor pets, three cats and a large bunny, but we’ll consider an indoor pet, with an additional refundable $150 pet deposit!
Move in requirements: first and last months’ rent, $500 refundable cleaning/damages deposit, proof of income, personal references and a reference from your last living situation and a minimum credit score of 600.
