If you need something done, they are quick to fix it. I have been here several years and don't have any complaints. They are very kind and friendly. Yes, once in awhile there is noise but not a lot. It is an apartment so you would expect a little. I would say there's less noise here than most apartments. All in all, it's a great place to live.

Zero stars if I could. They don't take care of noise complaints. When I had someone drop down onto my patio from the 2nd floor, they said it couldn't be corroborated. I made so many noise complaints I lost track. The noise never stopped. The walls and ceiling are thin. The "luxury" construction is shoddy, at best. The kind of people they rent to are not great. People who party, have screaming matches, and litter. Luxury apartments? I think not. The pillar outside of my building was falling apart... from the time i moved in and was even worse when i moved out. They do crappy maintenance repairs and then charge an arm and leg and your firstborn for "cleaning and repairs" when you move out.
