Short term, updated home in a great neighborhood. Home has living and family rooms with pass through kitchen leading to dining area. Kitchen has recently been updated with new cabinets and stove. Large deck leads to the back fully fenced yard with an additional detached garage and nice dog kennel area. Home also has RV/boat parking area. Absolutely no smoking in or around the home. Will consider one dog (must be at least 3 years old and house broken) with an additional $500 security deposit and additional $50 per month rent and management must meet and approve the dog. Sorry, no cats or caged animals. Home is only available for a short-term rental, Tenant must vacate no later than January 31, 2027. Must pass application process which includes a $35.00 per person application fee. Tenant responsible for power, gas, water, sewer (billed to tenant by management monthly), garbage and yard care.
