Daisy Creek Cottage: This fully furnished 2bd/1ba, 900 sq. ft. home is snuggled back in a quiet, wooded lot, with spacious, fenced yard that backs up to Daisy Creek. Two bedrooms plus a laundry room with space for a desk. The cozy dining space sits next to the well equipped kitchen with gas stove. The comfortable living room includes flat screen, smart TV. Includes washer and dryer. Sit out on the front patio and watch the world go by. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, Britt festival, and walking trails. Costs There is a $350 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee, a $300 monthly utility fee which covers all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, Wi-Fi, trash and landscaping. Renters insurance required. TENANT PAID UTILITIES: None outside of the $300 utility fee mentioned above unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement) SHOWINGS are by video tour only when occupied to respect our tenant's privacy.
