This complex is just gorgeous! I have lived here for awhile now and i never want to leave. The grounds are always clean and the staff is super helpful even through the tough times!

The design and layout of the floor plans are really beautiful and upscale. I love the option to have a garage, this was a must for me. It's also next to a green space where my kids can play. The staff here are always very responsive and friendly as well. I highly recommend living here and I just referred a friend who is moving soon.

We looked at numerous properties over the last 5 years and have settled on this as our home. The pricing is competitive, you get a lot for your money, the neighborhood is safe, and the staff are top notch!

They tell you one thing when you sign in and once you moved in the rules change. When we first moved in we were concern about having only one parking space even though we have two bedrooms and we have two cars. When we voiced our concern we were told that there were enough guest parking and we were not gonna have trouble. Now they have change the rules that nobody can not park on the guest parking. We are stack not knowing where to park our second car. Management quoted their fine print rules... and couldn’t help us and corporate refused to even answer our many many calls. Couldn't be more convenient! A few minutes walk to Max is exactly what I needed! Close to shopping and a straight shot downtown. The grounds are clean and maintenance is friendly and professional. Office staff is helpful and friendly and addresses issues, if any, in a timely and courteous manner. Recommend to friends and family!
