I really enjoyed living here. Great, friendly office and maintenance staff. Spacious apartments. Nice amenities. I love how the community looks with the remodel, too! We are sad to leave. We love it here!

They take good care of the residents here, they have a no smoking section for apartments and they give you a lot of options on how big or small you want the apartment, and if you want a fire place or not. The apartments are always clean, they do power washing, landscaping maintenance comes one the weekends to cut bushes, trim trees, pick up leaves, and plant flowers if needed. There's a park right down the street and another one close by. Jackson Elementary, Evergreen middle school, and Glencoe... high school are close as well. If you have any problems, you call their number and they will fix it that day or the next day if it's too late, maintenance employees are very friendly. cost is too high for what you have. the place looks ok onthe outside. but like most of what I see here they all want too much.
