There is poor heating in the apartments , the size of rooms are smaller than most . Mgmt. claimed new rug when i moved in (with no pet ) had to have the rug repaired due to bunching numerous times and when the tech that came to repair it said it was not a new rug but pieced together poorly.
Appliances not working properly since i moved in and no repairs made. Tenant issues with people coming and going throughout the night not having any better judgement for other people . made many complaints... to mgmt. but they didnt care . this place is unsafe for children with the amount of police and drugs going on daily. If i could give a zero star I would.
when looking for a new apartment most people will look at the reviews for that place. We will click through and look at the 5 star and the 1 star reviews mostly. The 1 star reviews we all chalk up to someone being to sensitive or whatever... "this kind of thing won't happen to me" mentality takes a hold.

I have had to deal with incompetent staff, my apartment is falling apart around me.
I have the feeling leaving... here that I have been robed... I would not wish this on anyone looking for a place to call home. If this saves one person form the horror we have gone through it is worth it.

Staff,is main problem.they help taunt clients n ignore issues that are very important,Toni is the biggest uncaring n vindictive problem.and her rite hand maintence guy,very shaddy,partners.even dwn to paid under the table,to keep n harass tenants. I see why no one wants to live here and are moving.my car vandalized many time as well as brake line cut to being told not to use their security but they still promote them.i still have no waher,14 weeks, etc.but they just walked off.gresham police... said I'm not safe here.still healing from being be up here n strangled.so pls becareful when you choose any place you look into. Repairs are never done right, they take for ever..still waiting on some repairs 2 years now.........def not worth the current rent.....noises from above are extremely loud..no noise barriers between floors...............would not recommend renting here.

And I already love this place. It's a quiet neighborhood and its very pretty out here.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and are there to help.
It's a very clean property and I am really glad I found this place.
Bonus! It's down the street from a Fred Meyer and a Chipotle!
