Flea, cockroach, ant, and silver fish infested. I’ve been here for almost 5 years and can’t wait to get out. Vandalism happens regularly especially with specific teens that live there and won’t leave because they love the free rent as over 20 units are open after the new owners took over and are on their 3rd manager. They don’t fix anything the laundry room is busted and has multiple broken machines. The new bbq’s never have gas in them. The gym they claimed isn’t there or open and that’s been... since I moved in. The last manger used that room as storage. Before this new maintenance guy showed up things were taken care of but now it’s a joke. Remember there is a reason why 20 units are open and those cameras everywhere hey don’t worry they don’t work and won’t ever so don’t move here you will be extremely disappointed in the small apartments with no help to have anything fixed. It’s built in 1971 and the plumbing is always falling apart it’s no wonder the old owners bounced. There is so much more negative about this place and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here .
