All applicants must meet these income limits to qualify for homes at Elm Park. All homes at Elm Park offers modern features and amenities. Each brand-new residence includes a refrigerator, electric range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, vinyl flooring, a patio or balcony, storage space, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
