The current management staff at Northbrook Village is excellent!! Krystle is always helpful, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. She listens, is a great problem solver and you don't feel like a # but rather a VAULED resident!

Wonderful living
I have been here about a year and a half, since August'2024. Anytime I've needed small help such as losing keys (needing new ones) needing new garbage disposal, Krystal was right on it. Like immediately. This complex is very quiet. I appreciate a great complex to call home. Thank you Krystal

Great management
Krystle is always super responsive and helpful, always friendly. It’s a very welcoming environment and if anything goes wrong with the apartment maintenance is on it immediately. Overall a great place to live!

Review
We had great experiences here from move-in to move-out. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Considering the affordable rent, we felt like we lucked out. Contrary to many other reviews, not once in two years did we have issues with parking. Krystle and her staff members are wonderful! Move-out was simple and painless. If we worked closer to Fairview, we’d still be there!
