garage door has been broken for the past month. In multiple occasions our cars have been locked in the garage for multiple days with us being unable to access them. They give you no warning when there are issues occurring, and have even made up reasons for why something was out of order. In once instance they said there was an earthquake that caused the elevators to break, when there was no earthquake. With parking in 200$ a month it should be getting save and secure parking, and for the past... month the garage has been left wide open 24/7. Do not live here!
