Renting out my private wooded home in the southwest hills. House will be unfurnished -- previous occupant furniture shown. HOA rules say up to 1 dog + 1 cat. No fenced yard. Security deposit is 1.5 month's rent. Reach out to apply.
The... good:
-lovely deck and rock patio outdoor spaces
-plum & cherry trees are poppin' in the spring, rhododendrons in the summer
-local cement walking trails that are beautiful (but steep!)
-newer kitchen and laundry machines
-privately managed (by me), I try to keep things pretty easy
-2 car garage
The less than ideals:
-driveway is steep and does not accommodate low-clearance vehicles
-ceiling heat, but being in the hills and with bedrooms downstairs summer heat isn't bad w/o AC
-primary bedroom is good sized, other two bedrooms are on the smaller side
-I'd like to refinish the deck when the rain stops, so that will be an upcoming maintenance project
