Some of the units have been remodeled which is great but its really just a lackluster coat of paint and vinyl flooring. The vinyl flooring sold me but I now hate it because it doesn't absorb any sound so I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. If I'm in the restroom getting ready for the day I can hear my upstairs neighbor using the restroom.
If you have a noise complaint or any issue, don't even bother reporting it because the property manager is nonexistent.
Also this complex has next... to no parking if you have more than one car. This often leaves you park in the neighborhood and hike to your apartment.
The maintenance team is fantastic and they work really hard. I've had may apartment flood twice from the floor above and they handled the situation quickly.
Overall the area is nice and walkable but the apartments aren't worth it.

The apartments are okay, but I have never lived somewhere with such horrible noise pollution. It is clear they care more about maintaining a façade than their actual residents. There are leaf blowers running most days (even when there aren't leaves on the ground). This summer they spent several months sawing large rocks in half in front of our apartment for an aesthetic modification to their retaining walls. I can't take it any more and am leaving as soon as my lease runs up.

Can't complain about much, the apartments are clean and updated and you get to live in a friendly area that feels like living in the suburbs. One flaw: There are always people working on landscaping somewhere in the complex, which can get annoying to hear. Overall, loved my experience here- hate that I had to go.
