* Rent (studio apartment): $1200 per month (with $100 upcharge for the following utilities included - water, gas, internet, trash)
* $60 per month (contribution to joint food and weekly dinners) (main house)
* Deposit: $795 (shared), $1300 (private)
* 12 month leases ending August 31
* No smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed
