A sliding door opens to a covered porch in the fenced backyard. There's a convenient laundry room with storage in the hall, and the garage is insulated and heated. Each room in the house has an independent heating system, so your housemates' heating preferences won't affect your room. Every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. We've even included a built-in mini-fridge in the hall just outside the third-floor bedrooms. You'll even have a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit.
