Charming one bedroom, one bath cottage right on the edge of campus on 10th and Western. There is a washer and dryer inside and good sized fenced backyard with garden beds, a shed with yard tools (I've cleaned it out since the photo was taken), 3 plum... trees, a rose bush, and a beautiful hawthorn tree that swings above the skylights in the bedroom. It's a pretty cozy (aka small) house, but it's easy to clean and there is a fair amount of storage space in the shed outside.
