Lived there 7 years. I couldn't wait to leave after Security Properties took over. It all went down hill fast. The new manager is a nosey vindictive person who will lie straight to your face. The assistant is a judgemental person that loves interfering with tenants lives. The maintenance staff knows little to nothing about maintenance. The property is always loud and smells bad. The landlords or property management is so outstanding, We move in next month. They have been extremely helpful kind and build amazing personal relationships with their customers and or residents. Animals are allowed and we got a walk in the apartments are beautiful. Also being in a wonderful spot near doctor's restaurants and grocery stores. just everything is perfect! Even with all this I was a little afraid of the pricing, but if you and a partner work full time making 18-20$ an hour it's not... bad rental prices. Read More

I love that it's a quiet community. You hear very little surrounding noises. The apartments have very nice appliances, large decks, and good sized apartments with open lay outs. I also love that they are pet friendly which can be very hard to find especially with cats!

We have lived in 490 #202 for 5 years-since opening day and have no complaints.
Even tho management staff have changed, we continue to recieve excellent service, are treated warmly when popping in for a chat. We have wonderful neighbors in our unit. It is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and trusting. We feel very safe and enjoy being within walking distance of all our shopping needs, dining, access to bus, and library services. Highly recommend Bellevue Crossing.

We love living here! The office staff is wonderful and super helpful. We love how close everything is.
