Horrible
Unless you enjoy the sound of screaming packs of children for hours at a time as they tear up the landscaping, or almost being run over by them riding their bikes at full speed on the paths, or maybe almost running over them in the parking lot-don't move here. Management seems to think that they can't make rules involving the children, no matter that everyone's safety if involved. The apartments themselves are shoddy, there's no air circulation and the fans aren't really vented anywhere. The... rent is a much as anywhere else, yet they only have a seasonal pool-no hot tub, no fitness center, no common rooms. I'm moving as soon as I can.

Horrible experience, absolutely zero maintenance
Horrible experience, absolutely zero maintenance. There are no amenities like gym, club house, play area and very pricey. Nobody cares about maintenance during weekends. If there is an emergency maintenance issue during the weekend, God only can help here. Emergency for them means, flooding or fire! and nothing else.

Though our emergency maintenance team is limited in the resources they have to resolve... critical issues after normal business hours, our onsite team is fully and readily available to fulfill standard maintenance requests during our normal business hours and we're happy to help however we can. Basic Amenities at a Convienent Location
This is a great location, right next to the MAX, Costco, Fred Meyer and more. The landscaping is exactly what you want in Oregon! The amenities are a bit lacking, only a basic pool with no gym or common area. The apartments themselves are basic, but do include washer and dryer, as well as dishwasher. The two bedroom seems smaller than others in the area due to the floor plan. Maintenance staff is friendly but not the fastest to respond to urgent situations. Everyone in the office has been... extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help with your needs. Plus they have great movies for rent! If you are looking for a basic apartment in a handy location, with minimal neighbor interaction - this may be the apartment for you!
