They are so kind, efficient and responsive. This is our 5th apartment over 10 years . They are awesome.

I have lived at the Arc Central Apartments for over 5 ½ years. It has been a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are great: modern, quiet, secure, comfortable, some with unique features like walk-in closets. There is a pet washing facility, bike room, package room, top floor lounge and game room, and a fantastic fitness gym. The gym is not your usual small apartment gym; it is large, with a full complement of machines, free weights, etc.
The location of the Arc Central cannot be beat.... It is in central Beaverton, at “The Round”, so fine dining is just steps away. The MAX (light rail train) is a 5 minute walk, so you can be at Washington Park and the Zoo in 12 minutes, or downtown Portland in 20 minutes. Within a 10-minute walk are many restaurants, BG Food Cartel (over 20 food carts), and all the shops at Cedar Hills Shopping Center. If cultural events are of interest, the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts is just down the street, where you can enjoy symphonies, comedy shows, performances by grammy award winning performers, children’s programs, etc.
What makes the Arc Central a very special place to call home are the people who work here. The maintenance team is exceptional. Work orders are acted upon quickly, all the common areas of the building are consistently clean and well looked after. They are absolutely the best, and always with a friendly and caring smile. The management team is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for all residents. To build community, the management team has weekly social events and other special events throughout the year. There is a genuine sense of caring, mutual respect, and togetherness. This is why I love living at Arc Central.

We're both retirees who recently decided to downsize, sell our home and rent. Choosing Arc Central made the transition a lot easier than we expected. It's a top quality building in a great location with easy access to transit (steps to Max light rail!) and shopping.
The staff is amazing- soon after we moved in, we had a problem with our AC and Josh, the head of Facilities was up to fix it in 10 minutes! Both Samantha and BaiLie went out of their way to help us - we moved from over 1000 miles... away in another state and they handled communication and remote paperwork with friendly and professional ease.

We really appreciate the higher end finishes, heavy duty security and amenities. The units have a lot of storage, counter space and massive walk-in closets. Having reliable air conditioning during the summer heat waves was definitely a big plus too.

Many units have a good sized balcony that's large enough for two people to be be able to sit outside. We've also been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the building is, probably due to the concrete construction. We rarely hear noise from neighbors. The package lockers make Amazon deliveries a breeze (once we figured out how use them!) and having a Hyatt hotel literally across the street is great for housing out of town friends and relatives. This place feels much more like a condo building than what we imagined a rental property would be like. Highly recommended.

The community is so well maintained. Management is a dream and the walkability factor is *chef's kiss*. Value meets luxury living.
