I moved in July 27, 2024 and I love living here. It is quiet and the people are so nice. I had somethings that needed to be worked on and maintenance came quickly. Dany the property manager has taken good care of me with my disabilities and handicap parking space. Dany takes care of things that are needed and a very compassionate, caring person who does care about all her tenants. Rico as well he is very, kind, caring, and takes his time to help out anyway he can. I am very happy where I live... and I know I can count on Dany or Rico to be there for me and everyone else.

Cheapskates - don't buy the fancy paint job
Cut corners wherever possible. Didn't connect outside lights back up after remodel and were just too lazy to fix it - for well over six months. Work orders are ignored for months, marked completed with no work done, or slapped together with whatever's laying around so the maintenance man can pocket the cost of materials. Management is no better, the moment you do anything other than hand over a check like clock work they start to hassle you. The owner has actually owned this property for a while... , and has had to repeatedly shuffle out staff for similar issues.

these apartments are awesome
i lived here for 2 years and never had any problems the offfice staff is very friendly right before i moved they had just repaved the entire parking lot nd the one time i needed maintance to come to my apartment thy was there within thirty minutes i would recommend any one living here and i would live here again i loved living here
