If you like stellar views, friendly neighbors, cordial staff, and proximity to downtown, the Arkansas River, and the Gathering Place, then I'd highly recommend making this your home. Also, the large windows in the apartments are fantastic because they usher in lots of natural sunlight. I've lived here almost five years and haven't regretted making this my home.

Living at University Club has been such a great experience! Between the stunning views, unbeatable downtown location near The Gathering Place, Oktoberfest, and fireworks, and the amazing staff who go out of their way to create fun community events. It truly feels like family here. I love the energy, the people, and the memories we’ve made!

The year-round pool here is a dream, and the fact that we have grills available anytime makes me want to host cookouts all the time. Whether you’re relaxing by the water or throwing some smoky burgers on the grill, the outdoor amenities here make every weekend feel like vacation.

I absolutely loved living here! The location alone is worth it—walking distance to the Gathering Place and surrounded by trails and scenic views. My apartment layout was super spacious, and the view from my place was one of the best parts. The staff here has been consistently kind and helpful, and I’ve had a great experience overall. I don’t usually hear my neighbors, though I know noise levels may vary depending on the unit. My main complaints are the frequent fire alarms and ongoing elevator... issues—it’s rare to see all three elevators working at the same time. Also, my AC was pretty loud and disruptive at night, and unfortunately, there wasn’t a fix for it. That said, I stayed here for two full lease terms and would absolutely renew if I weren’t relocating.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at University Club Apartments. The location is unbeatable—close to downtown Tulsa, The University of Tulsa, and just minutes from great restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. One of the biggest highlights is the view—especially if you’re on a higher floor. You can see the skyline, sunsets, and even fireworks on holidays.
The management team is professional and easy to work with. Any maintenance issues I’ve had were taken care of quickly, usually within a day.... The building itself is older, but it’s very well-maintained and has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
It’s a great place for students, young professionals, or anyone who wants to live close to everything without the noise or chaos of typical apartment living. Highly recommend!
