Wonderful Historic Building with Beautiful Renovations
I have lived in the Sinclair Building for around five months now, and I could not be happier.
The building has so much character. It has that beautiful historic charm while still feeling updated and comfortable. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, the countertops are beautiful, and I love that they kept original details throughout the building, like the tile in the bedroom. It gives the apartment a unique feel that you just do not get in a newer building.
The hallways are well lit, the... renovations are thoughtful, and the building feels clean, inviting, and well cared for.
The management team has also been wonderful. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful whenever I have needed anything.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Sinclair Building to anyone looking for a place with charm, history, and a great living experience.

Location, location, location
It's a beautiful building, located in the heart of downtown Tulsa. The walkability factor to restaurants, Arts District, Blue Dome, Drillers and FC Tulsa games, and the Eastside Village is excellent. We have lived here since September and we love the originality of the building. The beauty (and quirkiness) of the original wood floors, the natural light from all the windows, the quiet of being able to work from home if you want. It's a great place with responsive staff and we love it here

Treat yourself to a New, Stylish Apt!
From the Sinclair. You get all of the quiet that comes from being away from the noisy nightlife, but easy access to BOK, Arts District, Guthrie Green, Chapman Green, concerts at Cain's, FC Tulsa and Tulsa Drillers, arts at TPAC or Tulsa Theatre games plus a front row seat to almost every parade and major event in Tulsa. You can walk to the Y, to TCC, to SoBo or Riverside Trails.
The apartments themselves retain much of the original character from when this was a corporate office for Sinclair.... The natural lighting is great and being the first, or among the first to move into an apt means none of the wear and tear from previous tenants. Too many great places to eat nearby to name from budget to super upscale.
The gym room is a little on the small side but the Y is across the street. You will have to pay to park a car. Rates for nearby garages are $75-120 per month. There is a lobby but no community room if that matters. Valet trash pickup three days a week is a real treat.
