Been 3 days. Lost all my meats and cold foods. Icebox has not worked since I moved in. And ac unit outside my bedroom window makes a very loud noise. Sounds like someone welding. All night long.

Journey our leasing agent was thorough, informative, and responsive. The apartments are well maintained inside and out. The community here is quiet and nice.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nicole at StoneHaven Villas in Tulsa. I scheduled an apartment tour for 11:00 AM and drove 2 hours for the appointment, arriving a few minutes early. When I arrived, there was no warm welcome or sense of professionalism — I was simply told to sit and wait in the lobby.

After several minutes, Nicole came out and informed me she would not be able to show the apartment because a resident was stopping by, but she could write down the fees for me instead.... Unfortunately, fee information is already available online, and I specifically made the trip to physically see the apartment before making a leasing decision.

I politely explained that I only needed 5 minutes to view the unit, but she stated she could not accommodate that because she had a resident coming in and takes lunch at 12. Considering the inconvenience of driving 2 hours for a scheduled appointment, I found the lack of urgency and flexibility extremely unprofessional. A simple solution could have been adjusting lunch by a few minutes to honor the appointment that was already scheduled.

This experience left a very poor impression. If future residents are not prioritized during the leasing process, it raises concerns about how current residents are treated as well. Based on this interaction, I will not be leasing here. Read More

The whole complex received a letter stating that all internet to the apartments will be shut off and transferred to modems and routers that THEY control. ‘It is not optional” the letter states. It doesn’t matter if you own your own modem and router, you can no longer use them. Everyone will be forced to pay the apartment complex for cable and internet now. This new fee “is not optional” the letter states.

They are doing this so that THEY are in control of your internet, and have access to all... your browser history. Not very American if you ask me.

I lived here for at least 5 years and the property is so quiet and peaceful. The landscape is pretty with large trees much like in a housing neighborhood. They have not one but two pools. So easy to jump literally right on the highway when traveling. Hailey the property manager is very professional and kind. You can tell she truly cares about the people here and she’s always trying to make sure the property is looking good and planning fun community events.
