DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

WORSTE APARTMENTS EVER!!!!!!
If I could leave 0 starts I would! Let’s start off, Ive lived here 3 months now and I’d rather live in a tent! A few days in, my electric went out while I was cooking, maintenance told me I needed a new electric box before I even moved in. took a few hours to get it turned back on I didn’t sweat it. Fast forward another week, My whole electric box blew up, I was without electricity for 2/3 days and had to stay in the “show house”, The beds were hard as a rock and the...
bathroom had a god awful noise that I couldn’t sleep through! There was also dog poop under the bed in the main room, Remind you, this is the “show house”. I stayed in my house majority of the time without electricity and only went to the show house to cook. Fast forward a couple more weeks, I’m taking a shower and getting ready to start my day, I come down my stairs and step into a huge puddle of water, I look and my entire living room is flooded and there’s a hole in my roof. My brand new couch, rug and sofa chair were all soaked! We’re now a month after the leak and it still leaks after a shower and my roof still has a hole in it! Don’t get me started on the roach and RAT problem that they refuse to even remotely try to fix. On top of that, I was told I could transfer units and was given a move in day. I asked multiple times could I view that unit before moving to it, I was ignored. Oct 1st rolls around (the day I was supposed to move in) and they ignored all of my texts and calls until Oct 11th, The property manager then tells me They’ve leased that apartment out and I’d have to wait till the beginning of November for a new unit and also have to pay a $300 transfer fee because they don’t transfer people for “no reason”!!! I look at my app today to see that they’ve charged me a $550 deposit on the new unit. I absolutely HATEEEE these apartments and wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all! These are by far the absolute worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. These are just the “big” problems I’ve had! They could care less about any small problems. My sink was supposed to be fixed the week I moved in and here we are 3months in and I still have a bowl under my sink to catch the water. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Do not recommend.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. They change management multiple times a year. The newest management they brought in did NOT read any of the lease and have no idea what they are doing. If you question anything you are told to "read your lease". I did read my lease. More than once. The "office manager" is very rude and unprofessional. I lived there for about 4 years. Maintenance will complete things that they did not finish, and you will have to call multiple times to get them to come out and... actually fix it. I moved out and they charged me for cleaning things they are taking out and throwing or replacing because they are renovating every apartment. When I asked for a receipt of the "carpet shampoo" and the "oven cleaning" they had done. I was told per my lease they can charge me for whatever they would like when I move, and I have to pay it. I was told they could do this, and they DO NOT of have show any proof of these things being done. They charged me for "items left in bathroom" and told me they had a picture of said items. When I asked for said picture, they shocking could not find it. I would not recommend this apartment complex just because of how management is and how I was treated after early 4 years of living here.

Roaches

I moved in a year ago. I did my walk through and wrote down everything that was broken. Still, a year later, nothing has been fixed.
With in a month of moving in, I am constantly requesting maintenance for roaches. They come in, they spray and a week later roaches are still there. The apartment next to me flooded. I was never notified that my apartment was flooded as well and that people were going in to my apartment. Just came home to my apartment left unlock, with a fan going. Which that fan...
stayed for 2 weeks after since nobody came to get it.
Now, that the apartment is bought by new owners, I get a six month lease so they can turn these into luxury apartment. Luxury apartments with roaches and maintenance that never shows up and homeless camp in the creek across the parking lot. And toilets on every porch as they remodel.
There isn’t any concern about displacing a resident. They’d rather flip it and charge more money.
If you have any issues, good luck getting someone to answer the phones. Save yourself the hassle. Find somewhere else.
