I've rated my apartment complex as a 2, because the inside of my apartment has many flaws on the inside but it is home for my 4 year old and I for at least 4 years. My apartments are based off income so my rent is 50 dollars witch my dad helps me pay. Being blessed with rent for a whole year would be like winning the lottery for my son and I.
