My son and I have lived at Parkwood for two years now and we love it. It's a small community, the townhomes are so nice inside and it's so quiet here! The neighbors are friendly and we've never had any issues at all. Maintenance requests are typically completed within 24 hours. I'm not kidding! (Yes, I'm a real live human and no, I was not compensated in any way for this honest review).
KSA (the property manager) really cares about their properties AND their residents. When KSA took over... Parkwood, they immediately began making improvements around the complex. They repaved the parking lot, put in central heat and air, replaced all the fencing, etc. They are by far the best property manager I've ever rented from.
If you're in the market for a new place, check out Parkwood. It really is a hidden gem (IMHO).

Great place to live
I lived here about 6 months and since the new management it is great. I am more comfortable with my kids playing outside. They have cleaned the place up so much. Managment is great. The manager Charlie has done an amazing job with getting the place cleaned up and making this a comfortable living space.

Under New Management
I have been here for a year!! Since they switched management I actually don't hate living here!! They care about their tenants and working on making all repairs that haven't been done over how many ever years the other place managed it! Just signed a second year lease actually!
