Estancia is a great place to live. We searched and toured quite a few properties prior to choosing Estancia. All of the staff at Estancia were very friendly and extremely helpful upon move-in. Our family enjoys using the amenities offered here especially the pool, hot tub and grilling area. The pool is kept very clean. We have been very pleased with the response time of maintenance and especially appreciate Shaun being friendly and helpful with any maintenance request we submit.

Great location. Huge pool with lots of sun chairs. Nice gym. Landscaping always in great shape. All maintenance requests.

I think that you should try to keep the commom areas cleanner.. f Exple.. the buildings halls are full spiderweb

The management very tough with making the deal,,, the don't care about the customer. they trying to get rent as much they can. you make the deal they change it right after to close the deal,,, the price will change and the application fee will change as not as agreed. the treat people as a hotel every day they have rate.

This apartment complex is by far one of the nicest if not the nicest in the area. I would recommend to anyone.
