Management isn't worth anything. It's been over a week now with a leaking kitchen sink, put in two work orders. But that is the good part. The bad is the cockroaches are everywhere, day and night. I have told management about them since the day I moved in. A year and a half later, they have done nothing to fix that problem. They have even gone to say that I am the problem because of them. They were here when I got here and still are. Thank heavens I have less than a month left on my lease.

I wouldn’t recommend living on any of the Tulsa properties, they will charge you for previous damage, even sometimes despite it being in the inventory condition form, if they want to replace or renovated when you move out, they will do it on your dime. Assistant manager is great, listen to her and do your inventory and condition form to not be tricked and having to fighting an injust balance

Trying to move in has been the biggest hassle and it seems like every time we think we are ready they keep adding another thing so we can’t move in. They told us an original move-in date, which was completely off the mark, due to the fact that they hadn’t fixed anything yet tired of dealing with terrible property managers in Tulsa.
