me and my boyfriend love it out here so far it’s been a week maintenance has been on time and fixed everything I needed still needs a little work on stuff but I love everything about here and it’s peaceful everyone is nice including staff also the parking is perfect , just wish the wasps would DISAPPEAR they was removed but building another house in the same location.

The management is HORRIBLE. They do not care about you, you're a number to them. Collier companies will nickel and dime you even when you're not responsible. We were there for 2 years and in our second it was notably worse with management being slow to act on any requests and a general "were better than you" attitude. Awful place. Avoid at Collier companies at all costs.

I have been here for 2 years now. And don NOT plan on making a third. For the most part the community is great. Especially around where I am. We all get along and watch out for others. Management however is HORRENDOUS! We sure do miss the old staff we had. They were awesome. They have changed staff so many times over the past 2 years I have lost track. They do not follow up on complaints. Just tell you to call security. Not to mention just how they speak to the residents via our portal app. Dogs... run loose and poop everywhere and hardly no one cleans up after them. Maintenance here is lazy and incompetent…..if they even show up. I’ve had issues ranging from AC not working to smoke detector randomly going off. And let us not forget the bug and rodent problems. Bedbugs, roaches, mice…..just do yourself a favor and choose someplace else Read More

Major roach issues, small snakes all over the property, poor parking, gates that get shut/locked at random times of the night. Would not recommend.
